Returns and Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item received. Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.

Refunds
Once your returned item is inspected and approved, we will notify you via email. Refunds are issued in the same method as payment—since we operate on cash on delivery, the refund will be processed through a suitable alternative method as agreed upon during communication (e.g., bank transfer).

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, some items such as personalized or clearance products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it with the correct one at no extra cost. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
